Peace Light 2018
The Peace Light has been burning for over a thousand years at the Grotto of the Nativity in Bethlehem. Each December, Scouts travel to Bethlehem to retrieve the flame and spread it across the world; they are challenged to help it reach as many people as possible, while reminding all people that we can be channels of peace through our words and actions. By Christmas, the Flame will be burning in hundreds of thousands of homes and organizations around the world.
Again this year, local Scouts will be offering the Peace Light flame to churches, community/faith organizations, and families around the Upper Valley. All are welcome!
